Suggest adding an extra shortcut into VisualWaves shortcuts group in Windows startup menu to recover VisualWaves. It should:
1. Recover VisualWaves from the latest workable autosave or backup file (may prompt user for confirmation).
2. End VisualWave active process in Task Manager (if any)
3. Start VisualWave
The reason: today Visual Wave crashed by me on every start. I had to search for autosave files and rename couple of them keeping try on restarting VisualWaves, until one of files worked out. And I have no Idea how I could restore the data from from backup in such situation, if autosave would not work. I find the procedure quite complicated for average user to perform.
