Backup of last saved

Create a backup (rename to .bak) before overwrite of ~last.wsp.
Implemented.
-> Options -> Create Backup of last file
to switch on or off
Format is "~last - 2019.07.17 11-50-46.wsp", so if switched on, you have to be aware of your disc space respectively delete old files from time to time.
