Allow alarms to execute even by closed charts

In case this function not available yet it would be practical, if setup alarms get executed even if all charts for particular symbol are closed. This would allow closing the study for particular symbol after analysis is finished, in order to focus on other studies and wait for alarms to get executed.

This is not possible, since the feed will be closed if there is no more consumer (open chart.ticker symbol).
For simple price alerts, add the ticker symbol to an active watchlist - this should work.
