Pivot Indicator: Show S3 and R3 Pivots

it would be helpful to add S3 and R3 Pivots to Normal-Pivots indicator.
S3, S4 and R3, R4 are available by selecting Woodie Pivots
The other calculation methods do not have the 3rd and 4th value.
