Start of the timeframe in Masterchart

Not sure if it is a bug. For large tiemframes the timeframe border is not starting at the right time, it seems. In this case, weekly green limit bar starts on 14 of January, Thursday. Should not it start on Monday (as a first day of the week) instead?
